Personal Training at Andon-Reid Inn

Julie and I are now entering into our 5th week together in this journey to weight loss, nutritional and wellness changes.I must say that I am quite impressed with the determination that Julie has. This woman is putting everything into it!

Julie has lost 17.2 pounds and 11.5 inches! That is almost two complete dress sizes. Julie has been focused and dedicated to this program. Sure, she has had a couple of tumbles, but she got right back up, composed herself and went forward. I must say that she is very proud of herself and her smile can't get any larger.

Julie has overcome peer pressure, restaurant choices,a broken down refrigerator for a week, Mt. Dew dependency and so many other distractions. It is important that she realizes all the changes that she has made to get to this point. I had her write down all these changes and it came to 36 changes. That in itself is amazing.

On Monday Julie met with Patricia Becker, her Wellness Coach, and discussed the next segment of her program... behavioral goals. She has a whole new set of goals, that she envisioned for herself, to attempt, step by step, within the next 4 weeks. Julie is well on her way to achieving her wellness vision and I couldn't be happier for her!
