The menu changes every few days because it is a seasonal menu. Everything is local, sustainable,natural and organic, Chef Raymond prides himself on that. Just take a look at their mission statement all done through their logo.
One can describe the food as southern food with local flair,innovative, southern fusion, southern comfort foods with upscale flavors... I say absolutely out of this world!
Our guests have been going back 2,3 nights in a row. Dana Mac from Wilmington said that "I quite possibly just ate the best meal of my lifetime". Another guest stated that the food tasted like they were in New York City, and another said"I've never had food like that before". Ron and I couldn't be more proud to have this quality in Waynesville.
